Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Fergana Airport Puts CIP Lounge, Cold Storage, and 6,500 sq m Car Park Up for Lease at Auction

Three commercial facilities at Fergana International Airport have been listed for open electronic auction on Uzbekistan's E-auksion platform, offering prospective tenants access to a CIP lounge, a cold storage unit, and a large car park.

The cold storage facility covers 396 sq m with a starting annual lease price of 190.08 million soums. The CIP lounge, at 178 sq m, carries a significantly higher opening bid of 1.282 billion soums, reflecting its premium commercial positioning within the terminal. Applications for both lots close at 09:00 on June 15, 2026, with bidding commencing at 10:00 the same day.

The car park — the largest of the three lots at 6,577 sq m — has a starting lease value of 7.103 billion soums, with its auction scheduled for June 19, 2026.

Under auction rules, bids must increase by a minimum of 5 percent per step. Full participation terms are available on the E-auksion platform alongside the lot listings.
