Uzbekistan, Kuwait Discuss Expansion of Bilateral Cooperation
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On May 21, 2026, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhronjon Aloev held talks with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Kuwait to Uzbekistan, Turki Khalid Hamad Al-Mikrad.
During the meeting, the sides discussed issues related to the further strengthening of bilateral relations, as well as expanding cooperation in political, trade-economic, and cultural-humanitarian areas.
Mutual interest in the continued development of cooperation and the deepening of dialogue between the two countries was noted.
At the conclusion of the talks, the parties reached an agreement to intensify measures for the exchange of mutual visits and the joint organization of international events.
