Shomurodov and Fayzullaev secure win for Istanbul Başakşehir

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Istanbul Başakşehir ended its Turkish Super Lig season with a victory in which Uzbekistan national team players Eldor Shomurodov and Abbosbek Fayzullaev played decisive roles.

The team, coached by Nuri Şahin, secured the result thanks to a goal from Shomurodov and an assist from Fayzullaev, ensuring a positive outcome in their final match of the season.

At the end of the championship, Istanbul Başakşehir finished fifth in the league table.

For Eldor Shomurodov, this season became one of the most productive of his career in Turkey, as he raised his goal tally to 22, equaling the mark of Paul Onuachu. It was also noted that Trabzonspor had not yet completed its match, leaving room for changes in the statistical standings of competitors.
