Zeromax has to date purchased a total of 57,000,000 shares, representing 16.04% of the Company’s enlarged share capital, and completes the purchase of shares pursuant to the subscription agreement. No further shares will be issued pursuant to the subscription agreement.

Application has been made for the shares to be admitted for trading on AIM which is expected to occur on 18 April 2007. As a result of this issue the Company’s outstanding share capital is now 355,332,506 shares.
