Zafar Ruziev appointed as governor of Kashkadarya region

According to the decree, Zafar Ruziev was appointed to the post of the governor of Kashkadarya region of Uzbekistan. Uzbek leader also released Zafar Ruziev from the post of the Minister of Agriculture and Water Management of Uzbekistan.

Zafar Ruziev will replace Turobjon Juraev at this post. Juraev has been fired from his post with another decree of the Uzbek President Islam Karimov.
