Young people can submit documents to universities online

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In order to create favorable conditions for applicants when submitting documents for admission to higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Electronic Government and Digital Economy Project Management Center together with "UZINFOCOM" completes work on introduction of services for applying for higher education institutions online through the Single portal of interactive government services.

Transforming the service will avoid waiting in queues, reduce the time and financial costs of applicants (for example, an applicant from Nukus will not need to go to Tashkent to apply), providing them with a convenient, fast and reliable application mechanism for admission to higher educational institutions.

The applicant will be given the opportunity to apply at the same time to 3 higher education institutions, while the Single Portal will offer the corresponding second and third higher education institutions and the direction of study in automatic mode, which will reduce the time to choose a higher education institution and direction of study.

The applicant will also have the opportunity to choose a place for testing on their own.

The launch of an interactive service on the Single Portal is expected after the approval of the regulatory document, governing the procedure.
