Yaron Kohlberg and Nicolas Altstaedt to give concerts in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In order to mark International Day of Commemoration in Memory of the Victims of the Holocaust, Embassies of Israel and Germany in Uzbekistan will organize concerts of pianist Yaron Kohlberg of Israel and violoncellist Nicolas Altstaedt of Germany at Turkiston Palace in Tashkent (18:00) on 27 January and in Bukhara (17:00) on 28 January 2015.

They will perform woks of Bach, Debussy, Schumann, Shostakovich and other composers, the organizers said in a statement.

Yaron Kohlberg and Nicolas Altstaedt are participants of various prestigious international contests and gave concerts in various cities of the world.

The entry to concerts is free, but the number of free tickets is limited. The tickets can be obtained at Turkiston Palace and Bukhara regional musical-dramatic theatre.
