We understand this and set ourselves the goal of building a service system that everyone will be equal to,” said Liu Chen, Xiaomi manager in the CIS and Central Asia.

Troubleshooting is carried out by masters who, several times a year, are trained to repair new products and undergo mandatory certification.

For repairs, only original spare parts are used, as well as technical documentation and software specially created by Xiaomi engineers.

And, of course, the manufacturer strictly monitors the quality of service for its products and constantly takes the necessary measures to improve this indicator.

Every day, in the new service center, it will traditionally be possible to receive free repair of Mi-equipment under warranty, as well as, if necessary, repair and maintenance during its entire service life.
