World population number to reach almost 7.3bn as of 1 Jan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The world population number as of 1 January 2016 projected at the level of almost 7.3 billion people, the US Census Bureau said.

According to the Bureau, number of project population of the world as of 1 January 2016 will make up 7.295 billion people, which is 1.08% higher compared to the beginning of 2015.

China has the largest population of the world (1.367 billion people). India was on the second place with population of 1.252 billion people. The US, Indonesia, Brazil, Pakistan, Nigeria and Bangladesh followed India.
