Winners of ‘Kelajak Ovozi 2013’ regional stages await awards ceremony

The contestants will be saluted at awards ceremonies in respective regions on September 6 to 19. The final of the competition, annually held by Fund Forum, Kamolot Youth Movement and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, is set to be held in December in Tashkent.

Kelajak Ovozi (Voice of the Future) Talented Youth Contest is a project developed in an effort to bring together people who demonstrate their skills in areas such as dancing, singing, design and architecture, web development and management among others. The growing popularity of the project is seen in the increasing number of applicants. This year’s contest drew a record number of 84,326 applications. The 609 finalists have until December to get ready to put their best foot forward at the final part of the competition and claim victory.

Winners of Kelajak Ovozi enjoy further support from Fund Forum, the contest’s Public Council and partner organizations. They are also awarded educational grants and Kelajak Ovozi stipends.

A Program of Support for Kelajak Ovozi Winners has been set up in an effort to support the winners, implement their projects, provide grants, set up exhibitions showcasing original works and facilitate winners’ participation in international festivals and programs.
