The contest is held in three directions – web applications, mobile development and virtual reality applications. It is initiated by Youth Initiative Center, Kamolot Youth Movement and Tashkent University of information technologies.

The first day of the contest included master classes. On 16 September, the winners of the contest were determined.

The awarding ceremony included exhibition of virtual apps for Oculus Rift, Google Cardboard, Samsung Gear VR and Cardboards, made by the participants.

The project Football.uz won in nomination web-developments, Ideal services from Ferghana won in nomination mobile apps, My Dear Tashkent – in nomination Development of app for virtual reality. The winners received diplomas and cheques for 2 million soums to further develop their projects.

The winners in other nominations were also awarded. They received various gifts.
