Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Wind Rose LLC may become the operator of the multifunctional ice complex Humo Arena in Tashkent.

The draft resolution of the President “On measures to organize the activities of the multifunctional ice complex Humo Arena in the city of Tashkent” has been published.

The document noted that Wind Rose is a contractor organization for construction of a multifunctional ice complex. It is expected that the complex will begin work on 30 December 2018.

The complex will be used for organization of both winter and other sports (hockey, figure skating, curling, short track, basketball, volleyball, mini-football, boxing, kurash and others), held in closed rooms, as well as concerts, celebrations and other kinds cultural and entertainment events.

The draft resolution proposes to define Wind Rose as the operator of a multifunctional ice complex.

The document notes that Uzbekneftegaz or its subdivisions may enter the authorized capital of Wind Rose LLC.
