The sides discussed the state of cooperation between the higher legislative bodies of Uzbekistan and Vietnam. They expressed satisfaction with the development of relations between the two countries in various areas.

"We are interested in further development of mutually beneficial cooperation with Uzbekistan," Wang Tiu Liu said.

On the same day, the members of the Vietnamese delegation met vice chairman of the Constitutional Court of Uzbekistan Bahtiyor Mirboboyev and held talks at the General Prosecutor’s Office.

Wang Tiu Liu gave a high evaluation to the wide-scale reforms in Uzbekistan on the way to ensure the rule of law and social justice, as well as protection of human rights.
