Vietnam beat Uzbekistan in a friendly

The Vietnam Women’s Football Squad trounced Uzbekistan 4-0 in an international friendly held at the Thanh Long Sports Centre in Ho Chi Minh City yesterday.
Kim Chi opened the scoring for the hosts only three minutes after the opening whistle. Ngoc Cham scored two goals for Vietnam in the 20th minute and the 33rd minute respectively.
Le Thi Oanh set the score of 4-0 in favour of the hosts after the break.
This victory is an encouragement to Vietnamese players in preparation for the qualifying round of the Asian Championship in 2010.
