The Center for coordinating and controlling for functioning of the securities market registered emission of the shares of the Vaqt Milliy Depository OJSC.

According to the prospectus of emission, the company will emit 1,828,622 ordinary shares with nominal value of 512 soums each. Total volume of the issue will make up 9936.254 million soums.

The shares will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares with lower par value to new ones with higher nominal value.

The part of the charter capital for 332.8 million soums were paid and the part for 182.9 million soums will be paid due to net income for 2009 and 149.9 million soums due to net income for 2010.
