In line with the presidential resolution from 5 July 2013 "On measures on preparation of industries of economy of the Republic to sustainable work in autumn-winter period of 2013-2014", Uztransgaz developed a complex measures on uninterrupted supply of liquefied gas to population.
The company said it started all preparation to autumn-winter period in March 2013. It determined demands for supply of gas and liquefied gas in cooperation with local authorities.
Uztransgaz said that the population demand for liquefied gas for cooking makes up 140,118 tonnes and 509,000 gas cylinders.
The company said that 130 special ISUZU lorries to deliver gas cylinders to population and 50 MAN trucks to deliver gas from producers to booster stations were purchased.
Uztransgaz also created 26 service centers to realize gas cylinders and constructed five gas fuelling stations.
The company added that in past period of 2013, it delivered 40,344 tonnes of liquefied gas and 118,589 gas cylinders to household consumers.
