Uzqishloqmashlizing posts 2.275bn soums of net income in 2010
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzqishloqmashlizing (Uzbek Agriculture Machinery Leasing) joint stock company received 2.275 billion soums of net income in 2010 against 2.296 billion soums in 2009.

Net revenue of the company rose from 9.655 billion soums in 2009 to 11.645 billion soums in 2010. The expenses grew from 3.77 billion soums in 2009 to 4.43 billion soums in 2010.

Other income from main activity decreased from 1.87 billion soums to 1.54 billion soums. Profit from main activity grew from 7.756 billion soums in 2009 to 8.755 billion soums in 2010.

Income from financial activity decreased from 103.285 million soums in 2009 to 21.44 million soums in 2010, the financial report of the company said.

According to the company, Uzqishloqmashlizing purchased 3,444 agriculture equipment from local producers for 100,2 billion soums and leased them to agriculture enterprises.

The volume of leasing operations made up 129.6 billion soums in 2010, which is twice more compared to 2009. The company said that it handed over rights to 3,396 agriculture equipment to lessees, including 1,471 – tractors and 1,925 – other agriculture equipment.

The company said that the assets rose from 214.98 billion soums in 2009 to 286.75 billion soums in 2010. Long-term assets grew from 148.445 billion soums to 206.235 billion soums, and current assets – from 66.534 billion soums to 80.514 billion soums.

Own capital grew from 20.903 billion soums in 2009 to 22.157 billion soums in 2010. The charter capital of Uzqishloqmashlizing made up 9.35 billon soums. Undistributed income grew from 7,434 billion soums to 8.598 billion soums in the reporting period.

Uzqishloqmashlizing’s liabilities grew from 194.076 billion soums in 2009 to 264.592 billion soums in 2010.
