Uzpromstroybank to issue corporate bonds for 10bn soums

Within the first emission for 4 billion soums, Uzpromstroybank will place 40,000 bonds with par value of 100,000 soums each. Coupon of the bond set at 11% APR and paid each 6 months.

The bank will emit bonds for 6 billion soums within the second emission, which consists of 60,000 bonds with par value of 100,000 soums each.

Uzpromstroybank will pay coupons, which is equal to refinancing rate of Central Bank of Uzbekistan, each 6 months. Currently, the refinancing rate of Central Bank is equal to 14%.
