Uzpromstroybank places shares for 152bn soums

As reported earlier, the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission of the Uzbek bank on 2 August 2012.

According to the announcement of the bank, Uzpromstroybank fully placed 54,578,100 ordinary shares (100%) with nominal value of 2,785 soums on 29 July 2013.
