The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission of the Uzbek bank.

According to the prospectus of emission, the bank will place 54,578,100 ordinary shares with nominal value of 2,785 soums each. Total sum of the issue is 152 billion soums.

The shares will be placed on closed subscription. According to the bank, The bank said Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan will purchase shares for 44.5 billion soums and the Fund for Reconstruction and Development of Uzbekistan – 33.1 billion soums.

Uzbekneftegaz (19.9 billion soums), Uzbekenergo (7.1 billion soums), Uzkimyosanoat (1.3 billion soums) and their structures will acquire shares for 28.3 billion soums. Other investors will buy shares for 46.1 billion soums on open subscription.
