As reported earlier, the bank issued 9.8 million ordinary shares within the emission. The par value of shares makes up 2,475 soums each. Total sum of the emission is 24.255 billion soums.

The bank placed shares on open subscription among unlimited number of potential investors.

Uzpromstroybank has been founded in 1922 and re-registered in 1991. The main directions of its activities are crediting enterprises of strategic sectors of industry. The bank has 45 branches, 176 cash offices, 65 mini-banks in Uzbekistan and office in Moscow.
