Uzprommashimpeks posts 4.766bn soums of net income in 2012

According to the report, net revenue from sales made up 10.335 billion soums and prime cost reached 5 million soums in 2012.

The company’s expenses made up 12.415 billion soums. Income from financial activities exceeded 5.338 billion soums and expenses from financial activities – 826.304 million soums.

Assets of Uzprommashimpeks grew from 620.341 billion soums in 2011 to 656.822 billion soums in 2012. The long-term assets made up 50.401 billion soums in 2012 against 45.244 billion soums in 2011. Current assets increased from 575.096 billion soums to 606.421 billion soums in the reporting period.

Own capital of the company reached 34.175 billion soums in 2012 against 30.619 billion soums in 2011. The charter capital rose from 6.63 billion soums to 9.735 billion soums in the reporting period.

Uzprommashimpeks’ liabilities made up 622.647 billion soums in 2012 (589.722 billion soums in 2011), of which long term liabilities – 4.517 billion soums (5 billion soums) and current liabilities – 618.13 billion soums (584.717 billion soums).

State Joint-Stock Foreign Trade Company Uzprommashimpeks has begun its activity in 1 January 1991 and operating in system of Ministry for Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The company specializes in export of industrial and agricultural products, cotton-fibre and, as well as, in import of the different kind of techniques, technological equipment and other goods.
