According to UZMOBILE, the laboratory test Pre5G was conducted in cooperation with the Chinese company ZTE on the basis of the laboratory of the Center for Development of Telecommunications and Personnel.

ZTE’s offer includes the use of 5G technologies based on 4G networks, until the standardization of 5G technologies is completed.

This is the first test of Pre5G in Uzbekistan, and this project will help to understand how to work with a surge in traffic in the operator’s networks. The testing was conducted using aggregation of several carriers, 4 × 4 MIMO, 256QAM and other advanced technologies in the industry.

Based on the widespread multi-mode radio module of the base station, testing showed a data transfer rate of up to 1 Gbit / s for each user, which fully meets the requirements for increasing data throughput during the smooth evolution of 4G networks.

Along with the continuing development of communication networks, improving user experience is an important aspect of evolution from LTE networks to 5G.
