The event was dedicated to the draft law “On introduction of changes and amendments to some legislative acts of Uzbekistan in connection with further strengthening judicial protection of business entities”.
It was noted that such events with participation of businesses, experts, civil society and MPs will allow businesses to participate and contribute to improvement of legislation.
The participants underlined that the draft law was developed to form favourable business climate in Uzbekistan and protect interests of businesses, as well as speed up development of private sector in the country.
UzLiDeP actively participated in improving this document, which meets goals and tasks of the party. It was said that the law was developed to further strengthen judicial protection of business entities.
The participants underlined that the draft law envisages to provide right to suspend decision of controlling bodies if the business entities submitted appeal to the country. It was said this will help to prevent violation of controlling bodies.
The session underlined that the law will help to strengthen judicial protection of business entities in Uzbekistan and introduce single judicial practice, and improve quality of justice.
