The press service of Uzkimyosanoat said that the enterprises of the industry manufactured consumer goods for 56.8 billion soums in the reporting period.
Uzkimyosanoat’s enterprises produced 588,430 tonnes of mineral fertilizers, including 448,790 tonnes of nitric fertilizers, 79,960 tonnes of phosphorous fertilizers and 59,680 tonnes of potash fertilizers.
Within the localization programme, chemical enterprises produced goods for 188.4 billion soums in the first half of 2013.
The industry used investments for US$79.24 million to implement investment projects.
The enterprises of Uzkimyosanoat purchased products for 88.7 billion soums within the agreements, signed at the international industrial fair and cooperation exchange.
