One of these days the state joint stock company of Uzbekistan entered into US$100 million worth of contracts with these companies.

The Chinese company is to construct a processing complex costing US$43.9 million and the Russian company - a mining complex costing US$56 million.

According to preliminary data, the startup production complex is to be put into operation on July 2009 and production of finished product (potassium chloride) is to begin in October 2009.
