Uzexpocenter to place shares for 1.015bn soums

The Center for coordination and development of securities market of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for privatization, demonopolization and development of competition registered the prospectus of emission of the company.

Within the emission, the company will place 194,583 units of ordinary shares with par value of 5,220 soums each. Total volume of the issue makes up over 1.015 billion soums.

The shares of the issue will be placed on closed subscription at off-exchange unorganized market.
