Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A visit was organized to R-Klimat, one of the largest Russian manufacturers and importers of heating and cooling systems, at the initiative of the Uzeltekhsanoat Association and with the support of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the Russian Federation and the Trade Mission.

During the visit, a meeting was held with Valentin Salomin, Business Development Director, and Aleksandr Danilchenko, Chief Financial Officer.

The parties discussed prospects for launching production of heating and cooling systems in Uzbekistan under OEM and ODM terms, with subsequent exports to the Russian market.

It was noted that in 2024, R-Klimat imported heating and cooling systems as well as copper products to Russia worth US$122 million. The products are marketed in Russia under the brands Balu and Electrolux (under license).

During the meeting, product samples from Uzbek enterprises “Sam Ferre” LLC and “Texnopark” LLC were also presented, and R-Klimat representatives received cooperation proposals.
