UZCOSMOS to host final stage of CanSat Uzbekistan 2025 competition
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Space Research Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (UZCOSMOS), in cooperation with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and SEHRIYO private school, is organizing the final stage of the national engineering competition CanSat Uzbekistan 2025.
The final round will take place at the former "Yangi Hayot" airfield, located in Toytepa, Urtachirchik district of Tashkent region.
The event will showcase innovative miniature satellite projects in the CanSat format, developed by school and university students from across the country. The satellites will be launched using educational model rockets.
CanSat Uzbekistan 2025 plays a key role in fostering national capacity in space technologies and engineering education. The competition aims to spark interest in the aerospace field among youth, enhance practical design skills, and promote scientific and technical creativity.
The final stage will serve as a platform for idea exchange, knowledge sharing, and inspiration among young engineers and space enthusiasts.
