In particular, the shareholders directed 321.673 million to payment of dividends on preferential shares and 4.768 billion soums on ordinary shares.

The size of the dividend on ordinary shares makes up 151 soums (25%) and preferential shares – 288.5 soums (13.08%).

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up over 32.694 million units (31.579 million ordinary shares and 1.115 million preferential stocks).

The company will direct 792.733 million soums to reserve fund and 792.733 million soums to investment fund. About 104.364 million soums will be directed to remuneration of members of the Supervisory Council and Executive Body.

Other part of the net income for 9.074 billion soums will be directed to finance investment projects via capitalization to charter capital of the company.
