Today, the company opened five one-stop-shop offices in Tashkent, Andijan, Ferghana and Kashkadarya.

In opening ceremony in Tashkent, the first deputy director-general of the UzACI, heads of companies, branches and employees of Uzbektelecom attended the event.

Shukhrat Tokhtabaev, director of sales department of Uzbektelecom, said that one-stop-shop office provide such services as telephony, broadband internet, mobile telephony, IPTV, Start TV and Uz Digital TV.

He said that earlier, clients of Uzbektelecom should visit several offices to receive services on fixed telephony, internet, mobile communication and others. Now, they should only visit one-stop-shop offices to receive all services of Uzbektelecom, including technical support.

It is worth to mention that hat Uzbektelecom plans to launch 80 one-stop-shop offices across Uzbekistan in 2012. Three of them were launched in January-February 2012.

Uzbektelecom renders services under three trademarks — UZTELECOM™, UZMOBILE™ and UZONLINE™.

Under the general trademark UZTELECOM and slogan – National Operator, the company renders traditional services for retail sector and full-range of services for operators in internal and international markets.

UZMOBILE trademark is designed for complex of mobile and stationary telecommunication serviced on the base of CDMA-450 standard.

UZONLINE trademark will promote telecommunication service of new generation for retail sector – services based on IP-technologies such as IP-telephony, IPTV, universal payment cards, and others.
