Server Djeparov missed a first-half penalty before Ahmedov opened the scoring for Uzbekistan after 50 minutes.
The substitute then doubled the lead and Djeparov added a third in the fourth minute of stoppage time to complete a comfortable win.
Uzbekistan could have gone ahead after only four minutes when Djeparov’s free-kick from the left was met by Timur Kapadze but his header thumped against the right post.
Lebanon’s first effort on goal came four minutes later when striker Mohamad Ghaddar saw a shot from the edge of the area fly wide before Aziz Ibragimov tested Hassan Moghneih in the 24th minute but the Lebanon keeper turned his effort around the post.
The home side were then presented with a golden opportunity to break the deadlock on the half-hour mark when Moghnieh fouled Alexander Geynrikh in the area and Australian referee Matthew Breeze pointed to the spot.
Djeparov stepped up to score but Breeze ordered the penalty to be re-taken after encroachment by one of the Uzbek players and the midfielder hit the right post with his second attempt.
Uzbekistan continued to hold the upper hand after the break and Victor Karpenko saw a strike fly narrowly wide of the left upright a minute before they eventually did take the lead when Ahmedov’s powerful shot from outside the area took a deflection off Lebanon defender Ali Al Saadi and ended up in the back of the net.
Ahmedov then doubled his and his side’s tally after 63 minutes when Ilhomjon Suyunov’s initial effort from distance was parried by Moghineh but the ball fell to the unmarked substitute and he had the simplest of tasks to fire home.
Uzbekistan added a third in the fourth minute of stoppage time with another deflected effort as Djeparov’s fierce shot struck Mootaz El Jounaidi and beat the unfortunate Moghineh.
The result means Uzbekistan top the Group Four table with a perfect record of five wins out of five while Lebanon, by contrast, are yet to pick up a point.
