Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 15 May, within the framework of the Uzbekistan International Energy Forum, the leadership of JSC Uzbekneftegaz held a meeting with representatives of United Energy Group Limited.

The discussions centered on innovative solutions aimed at increasing gas production at fields in the Gazli region. The parties also exchanged views on the further modernization and optimization of production processes.

As a result of the negotiations, the heads of Uzbekneftegaz and United Energy Group Limited signed a Term Sheet Agreement for the expansion of gas production at deposits located in the Gazli district.

This agreement marks an important step in attracting advanced technologies to Uzbekistan’s oil and gas industry, leveraging international expertise, and boosting hydrocarbon output.
