Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz JSC Bakhodir Sidikov held negotiations with the head of the representative office of the consulting company McKinsey & Company in Central Asia, Dulatbek Ikbaev.

At the meeting, issues of integrated management of large capital projects, transformation of the operating management model, and establishment of practical cooperation in the areas of digitalization and ESG transformation were discussed.

Proposals were presented for organizing a pilot project to evaluate the company’s work, as well as exchanging a list of projects to search for potential cooperation.
