Representatives of tourism firms and mass media of Latvia participated at the presentation.

Jahon news agency reported that the guests were familiarized with information on development of tourism industry of Uzbekistan, hotel and transport infrastructure, adopted measures on creating conditions for further developing this sector and expanding cooperation with foreign states.

It was noted that Uzbekistan can offer exclusive products to foreign tourists – 7,000 unique architecture monuments, majority of which included to the UNESCO Heritage List. It was stated that Uzbekistan can also offer alternative tourism products such as health tourism, ecologic tourism, agriculture tourism, extreme tourism, etc.

During the presentation, the organizers presented documentary on historic monuments of Uzbekistan and provided information on investment projects of Uzbektourism national company.
