Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On the sidelines of the COP29 UN Climate Conference in Baku, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a meeting with Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
The two leaders discussed prospects for enhancing bilateral cooperation and practical engagement, particularly in political and trade-economic spheres.
They highlighted the need for measures to increase trade turnover and develop a portfolio of joint projects in fields such as pharmaceuticals, electrical engineering, and agriculture.
Special attention was given to cultural, humanitarian, and tourism exchanges, seen as crucial for strengthening mutual understanding between the two nations.
