Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  As of 27 November 2024, Uzbekistan’s permanent population has reached 37,503,972, according to data from the Statistics Agency.

The agency previously reported that the country’s population grows by an average of 61,700 people monthly, or approximately 2,000 people daily.

During the first nine months of this year, 693,900 newborns were registered in Uzbekistan. However, this figure is 23,000 fewer compared to the same period in 2023.
