The football tournament was held from 9 to 15 December 2017. The tournament was attended by teams from Japan, Thailand, North Korea, Uzbekistan, Vietnam and Myanmar. The teams were divided into two groups.

Ravshan Khaidarov’s side within the tournament beat Vietnam (2: 1) and played a draw with Myanmar (2: 2).

In the final, Uzbekistan played a 2-2 draw with Japan U-23. The national team of Uzbekistan defeated the Japanese in the penalty shootout with a score of 4: 3.

Zabihillo Urinbaev netted double and was named as the best player of the final. He also became the top scorer of the tournament with 4 goals.

The midfielder of the national team of Uzbekistan Javohir Sidikov became the best player of the tournament.
