Uzbekistan wins 57 medals at the Asian Games in Ashgabat

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan as of 20 September 2017 won 57 medals of the 5th Asian Indoor Games and Martial Arts, taking place on 16-27 September in Ashgabat (Turkmenistan), according to the games website.

The athletes collected 7 gold, 16 silver and 34 bronze medals to the national team of Uzbekistan.

The national team of Uzbekistan, won medals in such sports as national Turkmen wrestling and jujitsu, classical wrestling, athletics, belbogli kurash and taekwondo.
