In kick boxing competitions at the weight category of 81 kg Ahmet Alimbekov won a silver medal of the Asian Indoor Games.

In the weight category of 56 kg among women Shakhnoza Hojaniyazova clinched a bronze medal of the Asian Indoor Games.

Uzbekistan took the tenth place on general teams’ classification among 45 participants of the Fourth Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games. Uzbek athletes won three gold, four silver and three bronze medals.
