Uzbekistan Welcomes 19,200 U.S. Tourists in First Seven Months of 2025

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Between January and July 2025, Uzbekistan received 19,200 tourists from the United States, according to the National Statistics Committee.

Compared to the same period last year, the number of American visitors increased by 3,300 people, representing a growth of 20.6%.

The majority of visits were for tourism purposes, with 15,468 travelers arriving for leisure trips. Additionally, 1,832 visited on official business, 1,544 to see family, 254 for education, 81 for commercial activities, and 11 for medical treatment.

The rise in U.S. tourist arrivals reflects Uzbekistan’s ongoing efforts to develop international tourism and attract foreign visitors.
