The tournament will be held in Saint Petersburg on 17-27 January 2013. The event will be part of preparation of Uzbekistan U-19 to FIFA U-20 World Cup, which will be held in Turkey in summer 2013.

Sixteen teams will participate in Commonwealth Cup in 2013. Each team will play six matches.

Commonwealth Cup format was changed in 2012 and now fringe players participate in the tournament. Uzbekistan did not participate in Commonwealth Cup in 2012.
