Uzbekistan to play against Lebanon, Qatar at Bunyodkor stadium

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan national team will play two home matches within the 2014 FIFA World Cup at newly constructed Bunyodkor stadium, the Uzbekistan Football Federation said.

Uzbekistan played two matches at home within the fourth round of the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers. Uzbekistan will host other home matches in 2013. Uzbekistan hosted Iran at JAR stadium and South Korea in Pakhtakor Stadium.

The federation said that Uzbekistan will host the matches against Lebanon (26 March) and Qatar (18 June) at Bunyodkor stadium.

Bunyodkor stadium was officially opened on 28 September 2012. Bunyodkor Tashkent will hosts its matches in the stadium.
