Uzbekistan to participate at Match World Cup 2012
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbekistan national team received invitation to participate at the international tournament Match World Cup 2012, which will be held in Dubai, the UAE, on 18-23 January 2012.
Along with Uzbekistan national team, the tournament will be attended by Bunyodkor, Zenit from Russia, Shakhtar from Ukraine, Vaslui from Romania, Xamax from Switzerland VAC Casablanca (Morocco) and Olympic team of Iraq.
Uzbekistan coach Vadim Abramov said that Uzbekistan will not play against Bunyodkor and Iraq Olympic team, which is opponent of Uzbekistan in 2012 Olympic Games qualifiers.
After the tournament, Uzbekistan national team will continue to hold training camp in the UAE till 26 January. On 26 January, Uzbekistan will play friendly match against the UAE.
The UFF said that Uzbekistan national team will comprise of players of national and Olympic teams.
