The resolution approved the first part of regulation, envisaging systematization of permission and registration procedures, Norma.uz reported.
The first part sets normative documents, which regulates these or those procedures, including allocation of lands for construction, allocation of permission documents for construction or reconstruction, development of architecture plans, organization of tenders for construction and reconstruction, etc.
The second part of the regulation will order and systematize legislative base in technical regulation of town buildings. Third part will be dedicated to economic-legal relations and the state regulation in construction sphere.
The resolution formed a working group, which will form the single construction regulation and monitor of its implementation.
