President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a resolution “On measures for development of inbound tourism”.

The resolution is aimed at increasing the tourist flow to Uzbekistan and transformation of inbound tourism into one of important branches of the national economy.

The document said that transit passengers must have an air ticket and (if necessary) a visa to a third country. In addition, they must pay consular fees.
