Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Uzbekistan will implement projects for the construction of solar photovoltaic stations in the regions of the country. President of Uzbekistan signed a corresponding resolution.

In Yukorichirchik district of Tashkent region, the station with a capacity of 400 MW will be constructed.

in Karaulbazar district of Bukhara region., another station with a capacity of 500 MW will be created.

Uzbekistan plans to build station with a capacity of 500 MW in Nishan district of Kashkadarya regio. 334 MW electrical energy storage system will also be built in Yukorichirchik district.

As part of the implementation of these investment projects:

- investment agreements are approved;

- Approval of agreements on the purchase of electricity.

The amount of rent paid for land plots by the relevant Project Companies is equal to the amount of land tax.
