It is expected that Uzbekistan, Japan, China, Azerbaijan, Iran, Ukraine and Thailand will participate in the tournament. However, the final list of participants was not determined yet. The organizers said that Iran will bring its strongest team.

Last year, the tournament attracted four teams – national teams of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, Iran youth team and Kazakhstan’s Qayrat club. Iran claimed the trophy.

President of Uzbekistan Futsal Association Iskander Atakhanov said that “Friendship Cup” tournament will become large event in futsal team after several years.
