Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 23 May, a business meeting was held in Samarkand between the largest tourism organizations of Tajikistan and tourism companies in Samarkand. This was reported by the press service of the Main Department for Tourism and Cultural Heritage of Samarkand region.

From the side of Tajikistan, the following companies took part: Artuch Mountaineering Tourist Base, Rosy Deal Recreation Area, Tajik Public Tourism Association, Sayri Munk Hostel, as well as travel companies Go travel Tajikistan, Adras Travel and others.

During the meeting, the tourism potential and prospects for the opportunities of the Republic of Tajikistan were presented. In addition, B2B negotiations were held, where local tour companies presented their tourism products and exchanged contacts. At the end of the meeting, more than five bilateral agreements on further cooperation were signed between representatives of the tourism sector.
