The volume of leasing portfolio exceeded 1.511 trillion soums in 2013. About 37.5% of leasing agreements fell to share of agriculture equipment, 24.8% - cargo automobiles, 21.4% - technologic equipment, and 16.3% - real estate and property complexes.

Uzqishloqhojalikmashlizing rendered leasing services for 271.5 billion soums in 2013, Uzavtosanoatlizing – 65.9 billion soums and Uzmeliomashlizing – 38.5 billion soums. They led on the volume of rendered leasing services in 2013.

Largest lessors among commercial banks of Uzbekistan in 2013 were Asaka Bank – 65 billion soums, Ipoteka Bank – 32.3 billion soums and Qishloq Qurilish Bank – 20.3 billion soums.

The share of leasing in GDP of Uzbekistan reached 0.7% in 2013, share of leasing portfolio in GDP – 1.3%. At the same time, the share of leasing in fixed investment capital made up 2.8% in 2013.

It is worth to mention that there were 99 lessors in 2013, of which 24 are banks and 75 – leasing companies.
